At Fulihua Pipeline Equipment, precision is not a promise — it is built into every step of our production process.

Our CNC drilling workflow follows a strict sequence designed to eliminate error at every stage:

1. Loading & Clamping Each flange blank is carefully positioned and clamped onto our CNC drilling machines. Correct clamping ensures dimensional accuracy throughout the entire drilling cycle.

2. High-Speed CNC Drilling Our machines operate at high speed with precisely programmed toolpaths. Every bolt hole is drilled to exact diameter, depth, and position — meeting the requirements of ASME B16.5, EN 1092-1, ГОСТ 33259-2015, and GB/HG standards.

3. Chip Removal & Handling Once the CNC cycle is complete, the operator uses compressed air to blow away all metal chips from the flange surface before handling. This step protects surface finish and ensures accurate visual inspection.

4. First-Article Inspection at the Machine Every finished flange undergoes immediate inspection at the machine — hole diameter, face finish, bolt circle diameter, and overall dimensions are verified before the piece moves forward.

5. Transfer to Next Production Stage Only flanges that pass inspection are transferred to the next stage — facing, marking, or final quality control.
