At Fulihua Pipeline Equipment, every product goes through a rigorously controlled 12-step manufacturing process designed to ensure dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, and compliance with international standards. Our production facility is equipped with modern forging lines, CNC machining centers, and high-speed drilling equipment, enabling us to handle both large-volume orders and custom specifications efficiently.

 

The process begins with certified raw material cutting, followed by material feeding, descaling, and transfer to the forging station. Our forging and forming stage applies precise pressure and temperature control to achieve the required mechanical properties. Ring rolling is used for flanges to ensure uniform grain structure throughout the cross-section. After forming, parts proceed through shaping, CNC machining, and high-speed CNC drilling to meet exact dimensional tolerances.

 

Every production batch is traceable to its original material certificate. Final products are inspected, marked, and professionally packaged for safe international shipment.
