Fulihua Pipeline Equipment operates a comprehensive inspection system that covers every stage of production, from incoming raw material to final product release. Our quality control process is designed to meet the requirements of international standards including ASME, EN, and GB, and to satisfy third-party inspection requirements from major global certification bodies.

On-Site Verification covers dimensional checks against applicable standards (ASME B16.5, B16.49, etc.), visual surface inspection, marking verification, and fit-up checks. Our quality team performs in-process checks at each key production stage to identify and correct deviations before they reach the next step.

Final Material Confirmation includes spectrometer analysis (PMI – Positive Material Identification) to verify chemical composition, hardness testing, and review of mill test reports (MTRs) against the ordered material grade. Where required by the customer or project specification, we coordinate with third-party inspection agencies such as SGS, BV, TÜV, or Lloyd's Register.

All inspection records are documented and archived. Full traceability documentation — including MTRs, dimensional reports, and inspection certificates — is available upon request for every shipment.
